Corolla paler than P. veris, the slightly darker shade at base not in def spots. Scapes & petioles perhaps more pubescent than P. veris. Highway les Grants Lower part gtt with vertical flecks red and scarcely angular, with 1 (perhaps more) bracts similar to its but thinner clasping at base. Peduncles with long linear white bracts.
