path to 2nd saw-mill, spreading from garden. Epipale
branch only cal. & red-blue v zig-zog, upper parts
my finely pubescent and like youngest leaves have
of deciduous brown stellate pubescence. Pendulous seeds enveloped
in long loose coat. But as carpels are somewhat pubescent
consids D. stelligera Schned. BMGP 369
8-22-31 Saponaria officinalis L. Corte I/86, Don 46, SVI+63
I386, BMGP 365. SVI 235/-Sv young fe. Elion. Resemblance to
Cafe des Narcisses whence perhaps escaped. Not seen elsewhere.
[6-26-34 FL Elion -> Montreux. Flos double and ?? Examined,
5 had 3 stigmas while 2 had 2 [illegible]. In other respects
correct.] /style
