tomato [illegible] I spent about 21 hours to make this recipe. A few notes: The ingredients are: tomatoes, onions, garlic, olive oil, salt, pepper, sugar (optional), and water. Instructions: 1. Peel and dice the tomatoes into small pieces. 2. Finely chop the onions. 3. Mince the garlic. 4. Heat a large pot over medium heat. 5. Add 2 tablespoons of olive oil to the pot. 6. Sauté the onions until they become translucent, about 5 minutes. 7. Add the minced garlic and cook for another minute. 8. Add the diced tomatoes and stir well. 9. Season with salt and pepper to taste. 10. Let it simmer on low heat for about 30-45 minutes, or until the sauce thickens. Notes: - You can add sugar if you prefer a sweeter taste. - Add more water if the mixture becomes too thick. - Serve hot as a side dish or use as a base for pasta dishes.
