Reports a flock here Nov 11 Western Robin . 2, Nov. 13-17, Com.? C several every day, Oct. 20 Ruby Crowned Kinglet, 18. Gav- alin. Oct 20. Left at 9. A.M. Passed Casa Blanca Sta. and headed for a large canon in the hills. Followed this up till came to where I had been before when I crossed a ridge to the right (South) and got into the broad Canon which runs from Dean's to the Tin Mine. Crossed this and the next ridge (Gavilan Hills) and into "Gavilan Valley" which I circumnavigate. At a spring I shot an Lnterm, also a Bell's + gr. Passed the Santa Rosa and dropped into the Canon which opens into Mt. Glenn. Here I stopped by a spring and
