Mill Creek road 4 mi E of junction Bates Run, 20 ft of St Matthew's level. West Unin exposed between road level (~724) and 744 dep'ty. Favonite b'l'aster from Plymley. Heta cuneata, st. mathypula etc, Road going S from WJ with J Bates Run, near house 3/4 mi S of Mill Creek road. West Unin mines to 780 according to the contour lines. 1 1/2 mi's at Ellis Run crossing, excell West Unin - Offensine' at 695 down to creek level, South of Ellis Run 4 mi, tip of West Unin mines at least up in 765, with black shale debris over it. at Hamilton School corner, the tip of the West Unin is below 780 since clentangy shows up here. It probably is near 770. West of Hamilton school road junction 3/4 mi E of 776 road corner, West Unin clentangy junction = 792 exact. Crossroad 3/4 mi S W J Lynx. West Unin at all high points in road thus far since last break described. That means at least to 800 and probably 810 ft. Ellis Run school, 40 mi NE. Tip of West Unin at 873 as near as can be told from contour lines alone. Ellis Run school, 4 mi SW road junction 870. Clentangy - West Unin contact at 882 exact. Large gastropoda. G. W. i'phara? excellent internal casts of M. murella. Lynx, 3/5 mi W, 1/2 mi S 1/2 mi W road. Clentangy - West Unin contact at about 870, Lynx, 1/2 mi W at 8415 corner, store. Highest stratumiferous West Unin at 840. Tip of gastropod layer estimated at 845. Clentangy seen about 850, Large gastropoda horizon with good specimens, hard white l, 2 ft thick containing numerous stromata? or 'os' + small called Favonite. Also small convex Trimerella like that from Germany church but 1 mile
