Only the lower 9 feet fossiliforms, only Lower Richmond fossils seen. 11 ft. At top Stephomena planumbra in clay- ma. Clayey. Steptolaema occurs 2 feet above Coral bed and also in thin blue limestone 2 in. above coral bed. 1 ft. Columnaria halli red. Corals abundant. Tetradrinus varius just beneath. 9 ft covered. Probably soft clay rock. 6 ft. Limestone layers with fossils in clayish between Road turns off W up Yates Hill. 35 ft. Lona Madison, solid, green claygy rock. 1ft 8in. Columnaria halli rather common. 12 ft. Various clayey rocks. 6 ft. Fossiliferous claygy limestone, weathering to clay with Orthus laticosta var. 5 in. Solid blue limeast. with fossils. 9 ft. Fossils above, less common below. 2 ft. Level sandy rock with rough top, varying crossbedded layer, one second level rock on second crossbedded layer with coarse Orthus bynx silicified, Wine Sandy rock with Orthus bynx film. With fossils. 25 ft banded Madison. 11 ft brown sandy clay. 2 1/2 ft clay with Steph. planumbra. 3 ft limestone rubble with Steph. sulcata, Rhynch. casea, Portancia retusta, Steph. planumbra, Near top are thin lime- stone layers with Steph. planumbra. 6 ft Steph. planumbra begins at top of rubble limestone 1 in. Thin limestone with Column. alvedata. 2 ft 2 in. rubble stone. 8 in. Steptelaema 6 in. above coral in limestone 1 ft. Coral bed. 15 ft soft 2 ft solid. 11 ft.
