Large crinoid beads. 3/4 in. diam. Leptaena rhomboidalis. Whitfeldella in 1 foot of rock mentioned above. This is the base of the Ozgood. 11 1/2 ft. red brown granular rock: Clintan. 1 1/2 ft doubtful hard rock. Clay rock - Ordovician, Clay rock, weathered to clay. 254 16 1/2 ft Coniferous, blue like lower rock at Junction City. Ozgood clay beneath the Coniferons. 245 Just W of C G Ware. 1/2 mi. W of Crab Orchard depot. Ozgood clay < short interval. 11 ft [Large crinoid beads common] Clintan. 2 ft 5 in hard rock. doubtful age. (173) X Sav. Borne farm. E of home, in E side of creek. 3 mi. SW of Crab Orchard, 1/2 mi. from Cyrene Ware. Many feet of Ozgood clay, 1 1/2 ft. red brown limestone. 5 ft. soft blue clay 4 in. limestone, light brown. 6 in. blue clay 6 in. limestone 2 ft. clay + thin limestone 3 in. red brown limestone 5 feet clay + rotten rubble stone 2 feet hard red brown limestone crinoid layer, 11 feet red brown stone. 2 feet - doubtful rock; Ordovician. 242. W of Ben Napier, SE of Hall's Gap Station. Black Slate No Coniferons 4 1/2 ft unknown. Crinoid layer at top of Clintan.
