Mar 31st Continued warm. Mr came today for his work and agreed to take me to Hobbs in uniak if winds are favorable and in case meta boat can't go. They have a new uniak. Mr. Hanson & wife are very kind & hospitable. April 1st, warm windy & rainy. Ice opening up some and if the warmth continues should be gone entirely soon. Very comfortable here in house. April 2nd warm & much rain, loud west wind. Mr Hanson has opened his last box of sugar today until the ship Bodhke comes in may.
