5-13-29 Mouryandya antihrumfina, Willd, p.346 Fl. Middles Devonshire So side just beyond Mrs.Dree's pale flowers outside, slightly glandular pubescent inside. Corolla glabrous outside V pubescent inside only on lower lip somewhat at base. Filaments papillose at base v glandular through- out most of length cap at top. Dime of flat studed staminoide evident, very small but with rudiments of outter. X 5-13-29 Eupatorium Capillifolium, Swell p.387 Devonshire Marsh in path then marsh at sso end near house. Nectarous plant 3 ft high. St. about, simple. 5/2 medium conspicuously covered with white spreading hairs. Lvs pinnelobs their bases forming ridge around st. Alt above reach 6 1/2 if in line with the 1st lower lvs narrowly 3-pinnatifid the ultimate lobes short (looks like finely divided member of carrot family) upper lvs 2-pinnate into very long linear segs. The whole effect very tine fringy, nicangorous with its about hairy st. Lvs 4-4 1/2 in me partite. Petiole carry the head of tendin to be glabrous. Upper lvs bear other void axile. 5-15-29 Mr.Euginius's built calls this "French Fennel" X 5-13-29 Echinocloa Crus gelli, Beauv. p.20 Fl. In cult field no-east corner J Devonshire Marsh.
