8-27-33 remains | flw: some w/ tiny underdevlpd ovary [in these the glands (SVT) show plainly at base [youter stamens] and some with a delisced Cap- sule, opening w/ 3 calvrs as is usual in Alsine. One capsule found not yet dehisc'd. In this stamens seem underdevlpd & rudiment of petals found (w/) Alsine acutls growing near by). Plant glabrous throughout & calyx lobes of these v 3-nerve'd. [See 7-28-34 8-27-33 Euphrasia minima Jacq. Costa III 44, SVT I 61/6 (see 8-29-31) See to key SVT considering the lack of glands, (2) the relatively broad low (ruling out E. Salzburgensis) (3) the length of corolla [4-5mm], (4) distribution & color. This seems only rare. Sts well clothed w/ short, stiffish, dawn-arched hairs.
