8-27-33 remains | flw: some w/ tiny underdevlpd ovary [in these the glands (SVT) show plainly at base [youter stamens] and some with a delisced Cap- sule, opening w/ 3 calvrs as is usual in Alsine. One capsule found not yet dehisc'd. In this stamens seem underdevlpd & rudiment of petals found (w/) Alsine acutls growing near by). Plant glabrous throughout & calyx lobes of these v 3-nerve'd. [See 7-28-34 8-27-33 Euphrasia minima Jacq. Costa III 44, SVT I 61/6 (see 8-29-31) See to key SVT considering the lack of glands, (2) the relatively broad low (ruling out E. Salzburgensis) (3) the length of corolla [4-5mm], (4) distribution & color. This seems only rare. Sts well clothed w/ short, stiffish, dawn-arched hairs. I vs v tracts which look closely glabrous (even 20x) are really provided w/ very short, spread, stiff hairs, as is also calyx. This undoubtedly same plant as 8-27-33. A. Flowers p/p &. Jamaan bowl. Corolla w/ def yellow under. B. " " " " " " Corolla white w/ purple v yellow markings, much like the usual E. but otherwise no discernable dif. from A. [9-3-34 B&B A v B. sinfr. R.de N.] 8-27-33 Sedum atratum L. Costa II 112, Bon III, SVT I 322 Cdw. fr. Jamaan on rock near Alsine Chlrisie. Only one spcimen found. Agrees w/ desc exactly except that calyx lobes are not "sehr" spitz (SVT) and no one mentions
