4-30-34 Xube sterate (at least not 2-edged compressed as dense SVK for N. porticus and posttrius. L to 4-8mm wide (which is as dense for N. porticus not "viel schmäler" ) x as R withers in home growers become flatter but never really flat. 4-30-34 Arabis corymbiflora Vist (Seed desc ? on 5-9-34) 4-30-34 T Thlaspi arvense L. Cote I/132, Box 32, Bot H45- G434, SVK I/286 FL. PrB at Ain Massillon. 2+1cm. high. St. with ridges evident to eye. Lower leaf bifid. Upper leaves with small acute auricles but hardly clasping all the entire. Ovary rather squarely circular; stigma cleavt sessile. Ovary looks as though it would be winged all around? [cf. on 5-10-34 with T. perfoliatum from which it differs in angles at; yellowgreen (mixed?) blue green] color; very young front v showing stinging all around. Two more sharply auricled & not clasping; style even shorter. 4-25-34 ? Carex fruticosa Jacq Cote III/509, Box 334 = C. Caryophyllea Latoris Bot H/715, G/237: C. verna Vill SVK T III. Young fr. Somewhere on walls V-M to Chambalot -> Lebozon - Ain Massillon. Plant as coll. suggest 2 stoloniferae but can not be sure. Lvs prof "über- wintert" SVK (lower ones are dry/veiled toward tips) Basal sheathes are pale brown (color of R B Ki's skin) not yellow but certainly not red. L to 3mm wide rough on edges all near base, the oldest reaching almost to base of inflo., this inner lvs with blades if at all only about 4 cm. St 6 in to base fruct. St. rather clearly 3-sided (edges not as sharp as in C. montana), smooth. except infl. & spike sessile, erect (not curving to one side as
