5-31-31 Crataegus monogyna Jacq. Coste #66, Box 102 BM GCP 376, BVH 153 (See #462) Fl. Elion. Calyx lobes strongly reflexed. Intlores pink-brown. Lobes 1/2
entire except at tip. Stipules sickle-shaped to 7x8mm,
quite entire, nerv on c[illegible] concave edge, same
firm texture as lf. Young elts glabrous v ltr almost 20.
Note pockets where nerves branch beneath.

along R.R. Plant 6 in high, stiffly erect but stalks
dec? peduncles filiforme. Flr pole v standard def.
ridged down back, about 3.5mm long. An average
looking head contained 20 fls.
