Whole plant looks glabrous but some lower stiffly pubescent beneath lvs long (or slightly broadend toward apex) to 6.5x2 cm., abruptly contracted at base into a petiole of 1-3 mm., dark green and mid-sib def light. blads orbicular, a little jagged on edges, upper surface a bit fleshy & vein-marked.
