5-8-31 Primula farinosa L. Cote II 523, Bor 206 BvH 300. Fl. Cult. Una Draze but "native at higher alt" St. 5 cm high. Pedicels now no more than 2 mm., i.e. about 1/2 as long as bracts. Flo 5mm high x 10mm across. 5-8-31 Hippocrepis comosa L Cote I 4/10, Bor 91, BvH 1205. Fl. blim Middle path from Tourns eastward. Ident as sure as pos without fl. Tufted sts. spreading on ground, red on up- per side. lf to 9-11, largest 8 mm long, reddish areolate edges. Young lvs. & st. with appressed white hairs, some glabrous. Fl 10-13 mm overall. Pts blo long clawed, claws standard being def. longer than the others and lifted above them (boole can easily see between) Standard more or less stippled red.
