9-20-31 Teucrium montanum L. Costa III/39, Box 257 SVK I 554 / XV fr. Les Pesses-Brevieux. 9-20-31 Polygonatum officinale All. Costa III 352, SVK I 148 = P. vulgare Desf. BM 301 = P. anceps moeseli BWH 474 Fls. white above. Plant to 10 in high. St sharp angled & twisted. Lvs to 3 X 1¼ in or (usually) clunter & broader. Fls. 10/13 mm diam on pedicels ±1 cm. Sides (mostly of lvs only?) show no "points brillants" (Costa). 9-20-31 Dipsacinae Roylei Walters. BMJCP 474, SVK II 344 = D. glandulifera Royle BWHJII #119 / XV fr. Escaped from. Plant at least 6ft high. St dark red. Lvs dark purplish green above, much lighter beneath. Fls purplish. At base of petals (at least in upper lvs) several club shaped glandular appendages to stamens long 9-20-31 ? Vicia sativa L. Costa I 384; Box 86, BWH/28 & 526, BMJCP 392, SVK I 418. Fls/fr. Les Pesses-Brevieux. Seen only frs, but effect not like V. sativa in Majorela. Lfts usually 4 pairs, sometimes 35 X 16 mm. Calyx 17mm, regular, the narrowest as longest tube. Corolla about 20cm. Standard quicker on back but with bright red-purple spot obvious at base of blade
