D+ purple, somewhat pubescent with tubercular hairs.
D+ pubescent beneath with articulated hairs.
Branched from base with blunt bases (6-8 in) at
it ends it. Scales thin, blue-green with many fine lines down centre. Achenes 6mm, [illegible] 3mm wide
and pointed tails.
