Fls to 19mm along back, yellowish white with 2 def. yellow spots on standard and heel, def. purple spot below apiculate tips. Hairs (allly appressed) on calyx zone white, somewhat, or food markedly dark. Stipules united with each other with petals but their lance-ovate lips free. Stipules of bracts + with lanigose glands on edges. Floral not sensitive. Bracte not half as long as calyx, remaining on peduncle after fls have fallen with- out forming fr.
