15-17mm diam [6-19-33 plants in same vicinity were found to be F. mecca L. Coats II 27, Bon 100, BVH 40, 44-49, BM JCP 951, SVI 363]
4-24-31 Ranunculus Ficaria L. x 394, BVH 9 = Ficaria ranunculoides Rott. Coats ± 31 = F. ranunculoides Meneck. Bon 9. Fl Glion (Had been in fl at least since 4/10) Flowerage 1 indian. (Note fl in Maggiore 1-6-31 was 1½-2 indians. As remembered lux & whole plant much larger)
4-24-31 ? Ribes sanguineum Pursh BM JCP 336 Fl. Cult Glion. If in BM JCP must be this because style glabrous. Baset 5+mm, pedicel 8+mm. Calyx tube including ovary about equal or a trifle longer than the 4-5 mm limb. Styles united to near top. Pedicels bracts, ovaries & lower part of calyx all glandular. The very young buds were dull green & glabrous above. Now softly pubes. Beneath all parts more or less glandular. Base of petiole expanded into 2 thin wings. Consp. white.
