8-11-31 Buddleia Davidii Fanch BMGCP 599 Fl. Escape (commonly cult) in Veytaux brook east V-M. farm. One specimen only found, that well developed to about 4 ft (Can't tell if perhaps one of the varieties for instance var. Veitchiana Baker). The particle studied Tirling. [9-9-34 F.F. Frequent on path Chillon -> Villeneuve] 8-11-31 Amaranthus lividus L. SVK I 233. #372- #in var ascendens (Loisel) Thellung (see to SVT) hence first given in Cote III/93 v Box 265 as A. Blitum L. (SVK says "and not!") #372 gives A. lividus L. but since this has a trick written the rest party may be referred to A. viridis. #372 (SVT says A. lividus = A. viridis in part) Flwr thin (a) V-M. farm. Agrees with live SVK except no well developed terminal head. 1v's dark reddish with greener spotted in center. Sepals narrow, long, blunt with dark spot at tip. Capsule ridiculous, more or less wrinkled. 1v's 2.5 cm long. Keel about 5 mm long. (b) Stouter; 1v's to 5.5 cm long, dark green (without reddish color) Flw fr as (a) the upper axillary & terminal heads to 3 cm. 8-14-31 Vicia Cracca L. (See 6-24-31) Flw fr mature but part b full grown. Studied in light of SVK F 4/6. Form B asf vulgaris hand. Stalks just not def longer than calyx tube. Hilum of oldest seed certainly to give conference.
