Plant forming mat with many ascending sts.
Old brt at base flt show plainly 3 nervs (Bot). St-
les. to 5 mm long, subulate but blunt, broadest
at base (about 1.5 mm). Plant glabrous except
minute gland- part on upper st. pedicels &
calyx. Petals 5mm long, broadly oval, entire v
ft hrcst at apex, abruptly narrow to slant-
claw. Cyellinae disk has 5 lobes alt. with
petals. Stamens (opp petals) in sinuses?
