6-30-31 Senecio Doronicum L. (See 6-12-31) /? Rochers de Naye. Rays about 20, rays yellow to deep light orange. Tips of bracts black. Bracts involu- cel almost or quite as long as those of involucere, more or less straggling. Stem black tipped. Involute & many bract or flower (2 or 3 to be incomplete.) 6-30-31 Aronicum scorpoides DC. Cote # 398 = Doronicum grandiflorum Lam Bon 163 S# 545 /? Rochers de Naye Plant about 10 in high; heads solitary to 2½ indium. Whole plant softly pubescent with abrotanis which feel good, almost touch but do not look glandular in microscope (20 x) Cichenes of ligules (a.t.s.) are nearly as hairy as those of leaf florets. 6-30-31 Erigeron alpinus L. Cote # 391, Bon 161 Bon# 237 Fl Rochers de Naye. Surely F. & surely this acc. to Cote. Els 2 or st. (I termin'd v another termin- ating very short branch in one of upper axils) as in all Cote. Fl head 15 mm indiam. Rays pale pinkish, 9mm overall x 1mm wide. 5 x perior tubular fle lost as this stamen is abortive. Cichenes (a.t.s.) appressed silky pubescent. Clos with Erter alpinus L. but except as to size & color of fl &? hard to ex- (later 30 fls at press in words. found)
