toward base, glabrous with few remnants of hairs & somewhat pubescent on upper side & red particle. Not like A, B & F. Base & young twig with tuft of fugacious hairs. St green, shining & shiny, except at somewhat pubes cent tips. Pedicels infl. pubescent. Scales brown at tip with faint wavy hairs. Pedicels 1-1/2 as long as gland. Very glabrous in falling much as in F.
