Anther cell fringed along the opening edges, as well as mucronate at base [8-5-29 Fl. P.R. At Black Duck; 8-7-29 Fl. River bank in front of F. & R. Cabin] # 41 7-10-29 Parnassia Adv. bud. Coast bet Barcellos Blv & Crabbs River. North of the runlet with buildings & boats at its mouth & just north a bit of overhanging fence via slide on lower part of bluff. No sedges more than 2 1/2 in.; scape angled, usually (at least) with small sessile oval lf. well below middle (often near base scape looks leafless). Largest lf basally. 5/8 x 1/2 in (often slightly cordato); petiole 1/2 in or less, rather flat & broad. Staminoidea 3-5 alenda, united below.
