3-23-32 petals broadened v ciliate at base. Petals more stamens 8, style very short. Habit as ill BWH S&II Calyx glabrous & sometimes as long as the opened capsule. Line of hairs distinct on st. B. Plant 4cm high. Large fl. 3x2mm with petiole 1.5mm wide. 627 3-23-32 Arenaria FL Las Basseos. Gamenos #319j 3-12-32 3-25-32 Draba verna L. (See 3-12-32) FL &cfe. Las Basses 628 Kpt by Kew 3-23-32 Silene [S. sericea, all acc to Kew] FL v young fr. Las Basseos. I spec only found in 2g penios. Root slender unisignificant. St slender decumbent at base. This part 3-4in long & half scars. Then dveral slender branches rising from near same point, to 8in long. Lowest les (near point of branch- ing real (about 2x1cm), or broad petiole (c1.5-2 mm broad) v about 1cm long. Upper tws increasingly lanceolate v tapering indistinguishably into petiole, till uppermost almost linear but always tapering annexiult to base. Plant gray-green. St puberulent with short downward curved hairs; lower flowers hairs v petioles def. ciliate at base. Calyx feuberulent v etc looks might be called ciliate. No signors?}
