3/2-32 Pers. Feely bud areal well above. Tiny parabola alula with handles 2 in long very like ll (Cote) Stone rated rose with white hairs, no thickish, gray green coming out ? but with more less similar hairs on both faces, especially (where lasting longest) on edges or mid-rib beneath but finally glabrous. Sepals now reddish with similar hairs very obvious on edges. No style as yet developed. 3/2-32 Silene elisides l. /In ll 371, Bar 389, Box 262, Cote II/160 to fl or fr. By steps of Villa Maria west of Arenal. St Port as ell (Cote) Lvs in rosette, gray-green obovate or spatulate, rounded at tip, narrowed but not sometimes very des. parted at base. Underside smooth, glabrous with a few obscure lateral nerves. Lip far side with striking irreg roughnesses like algaes plain, the lower ones tipped white (20X) Largest of 5.5 x 2 cm overall Young sts gray green, finely tuberculate or tinged darker at the base. Fl buds too young to know color. T 611 [New identifies this as S. nocturna l] 3/2-32 Silene R B K th Septical. See 630 & 657 Fl Field just outside Arenal on rd to Los Angeles. Root tuber- der, perpendicular. St his high, now only developed but other ones starting decumbently from base. Plant grayish & pubescent throughout but no signs of glands or viscosity. St lvs linear
