Young fr. Cala Rafada. Euttwat 1st on north village or
more likely at beach. Honey more than 4 cm. Spikelets
10-14 mm. Scales (a.l.s.) more or less serrate at top.
St swollen & full below at base, the thickish runner
which extends from this smooth (no scales)

Prs at beach or in streets village near above. Don't
col. v spec very dry v withered but undoubtedly a S.
and varlehill (Bm v Cote) Plant 3 inches high with
branches from base, making a bushy effect.
Branches bear flo throughout most of their length
at almost regular intervals of 5-8mm so that
tf seem to be alts. Pedicels slender 5 mm long.
Calyx 6 mm high, its slit offuse with veiling
to top & pencil capsule.

Calyx lobes very low & round, not splitting v becoming
a acute as flds up, and nerve not reaching to tip.
Spikelet 4 mm long. Spikes 10 mm or less long
