Laterals lfts usually 2, few very tiny. 2-2-31 Andropogon contortus L. (See 11-369 /2-23-30) Fr. Bellver on path westward from gate. 2-2-31 ?? Helianthemum guttatum Mill (See 4-10-30) Cote I 148: Dead plant, no seeds in pods. Bellver, south-west region. St slender 9m tall?, branching at 5in from base into 3 racemes. Lower lvs ? pinnately stipulate (?) hairy lvs. subtending branches alt and may well have been like all Cote. Racemes 4-10 fld. Pedicels very slender ± 1cm, spreading or curved upwards (not “reflexus” Cote) Pods 4mm, incompletely 3-celled, 3-valved with placentalia in centre of each valve. Pod seems glabrous with remnants of hairy calyx often closely adhering
