Leguminosae. Fr on dead st. Bellver. Very slender
erect
annual 4-5 in high, branched along entire
length with slender (seemingly simple) branches,
es, usually (a.T.S) wide-spreading or arching
downward, the lowest branches to 3 in. Stipules
adherent to the very slender petioles (as in Trifol-
ium), membranaceous, lanceolate, serrulate.
No lf-blade on petioles. Dry? lax few fld heads at
ends of branches (or prob since flow all slender
pedicelled - to 5mm- and each fld seems to have
been subtended by lf, inf is a compact raceme
which is about 1cm long and 2-3 flds long, or very
likely racemes were longer lower down as the
flds have nothing to indicate their position since
now a few cases flow with pedicels to 1cm
are found below the terminal "head."
Calyx about 7mm., cut almost to base
