ward Calvia shortly beyond De Taulese. Fl ½-2 in
across, Sepals sometimes 5.
1-6-31 Oxalis cernua Thunb. (see 2-4-80) Cote I 266
Fl with above. Thickish white tap root 1½ in with
a short slender continuation which terminates
in brown-hard coated bulb sometimes twice
as large as Cote indicates with "grosse d'un
pois". Note: pedicels articulated near base;
bracts inf l vs sepals have 2 (or merged info) orange
spots at tip; glandular appendage at base of
back 3 long filaments, 5 mm long.
1-6-31 Micromeria nervosa Rend. (see 2-24-80)
Fl (or perhaps only bud?) young fr. Terreno. This is
undoubtedly same as 2-24-80 and must
be M. nervosa since that is only sp. with rate
br not otherwise accounted for. Calyx defl 3
nerve. No fl open but at least the closed
corolla hardly projects beyond calyx
tube. (Perhaps abortive because I season.
