Slope west of Cas Catala. Slender, brancling shrub. St. reddish brown with shredding grayish bark. Branches of fs. Lvs crowded in short opp branches, of fs, stipulate, linear, 5mm or less long, margins strongly revolute. Fls terminal, peduncles bract at base v pubescent, brancling in 2's. Persistent sepals 3, almost if not quite separate. Capsule 3-celled v 3 valved loculically, about 6mm across when wide open. Lvs more or less glaucous, look fleshy. "Stipules" like little scales. Pres. Cistaceae. 3-17-30 Pick the same on "rough road" from Elvera cemetery to Cas Catala. Note stipules have hairlike appendage at tip.
