4-10-30. Trifolium agrarium L Kutt. 85, Bar 127 =
T. Campesire Box 77, BVH. 119. Flw in all stages Bellve
near "woodgate". St pubescent nuts appeared
v peduncles
white hairs. Stipules ciliate. Calyx pubescent in
bud (see ill BVH) tho at least sometimes glabrous
lats. Peduncles 3/8 in or less, [illegible]. Nerves
of standard end in teeth towards base quite blunt.
[Note: 7-12-31] was underlining R04 indicates middle lfts were
longer stalked than others this is SVH 405 T. piscum.

4-10-30 Trigonella
Flw unisec fe. Bellve S-wgate with Trifolium
scabrum. See Box 62V76, BVH H3V BM C.P 405.
If in Box just T. monspeliaca L or T. polycrsta L.
3-4 in high, simple v upright or 2 branched from
base, pubescent. Lv 3-folate, the terminal lft
3-4 mm above the lateral ones. Lfts oblate to 8x6mm
pubescent both sides, obtuse at apex, much less
crenate at base, dentate above middle. Flw 5-6
4 mm long in closely sessile heads in axils of lfs.
Calyx pubescent, divided 1/2 its length into 5 equal
maximely lanceolate teeth. Corolla clear yellow,
deciduous; standard distinctly longer than
wings very obtuse basal. Stamens diadelphous.
F2. (at this stage) sickle shaped turning upward.
