Lefts long hairy sep. below not "denticuladas" or "coriaceas" Small fl. heads sessile in axils of upper lvs. Calyx with white hairs rather appressed, lobes unequal: anterior lobe longest, lateral lobes anterior posterior shorter v 2 posterior lobes still slnter. Ret. posterior anterior lobes v lateral lobes definite "callo- idal" in throat v outside at base of tube where the hairs more thickly placed. Fls whitish slightly longer than calyx. Veins in lvs curv outward at tips (see 4-18-30 Could this have been T. dominorum see 4-16-30 4-10-30 Trifolium resupinatum L. Knutt 83 Bar 1/37 Bar 78 BVH 11 ill. Fl.v fe. Bellevs path eastward from gate. St. not creeping or rooting at nodes as T. fragiferum (BVH), v peduncles 3/8-1/2 in slnter than pedicels (see ill BVH). Divoluces under heads a membranous disk no longer than the vary olent pedicels (BarvBar). Inflated calyx broader at base than lip (Bar) v 2 teeth of upper lip "divergentes" not "incluidos hacia abajo" Corollas rosy v cream turned sidewise in calyx. Fruiting head round v fuzzy much like ill T. frag-iferum Bar.
