west of Cénova cemetery. Flo pr. well developed
plant 8-10 in high differs. 5 x 4 achenes each
wrapping in seed tract from 8 rayed star to 1½ in across
stlvs, subtending branches linear.
3-17-30 Reseda lutea L. (See 3-4-30) Flo young pr.
Cénova on wall near corner where tram turns
into the town.
3-17-30 Marrubium vulgare L. Kie II 331, Bas 369,
Bon 255, Buh 367, BMG.C.P. 648. Near Cénova, common
around dumps of Paloma. First flo season.
3-17-30 Hedypnois polymorpha D.C. (See 2-27-30)
Near Cénova. St. somewhat luscute, tracts more
so. Pl. 18 in high. Peduncle sensibly enlarged at top.
3-17-30 Pittosporum Tobira Ait. BMG.C.P. 337 Fl. Hotel
Des Cabala. Petals ¾ in long. The same in bed in
garden & Defonta. The fr. of this later only just
fallen opened in oval nut with stragly seeds
on parietal placenta looking much like P.
undulatus in Burma.
