started out on snowshoes at 6.50 + was overtaken about 8 - a few minutes later Kolotempurq sheep two kahmawootics of toward Cape Horn I suggested Peter but he said no - It was Peter & Kangya how ever coming toward us from their last nights camp after cordial greeting had been inter - changed we went over to his camp I going on his kahmawootic He had much to tell me about the war South Greenland IC and had three letters from EK - gave him letters for mac, Cape corner & Cape Hansen - stated He spoke of the great benefit the coal had been to them at last winter + This gave me an opening to ask why he he had never answered my last letter from Peter Snow Bay about the coal He offered a rather lame apology now want to pay the cost of the loading of the coal -
