Eugene, Oregon Tuesday March 1 Left Berkeley, Cal., last night at 8:19 on the Southern Pacific for Eugene, Oregon. Got up at 7:15 A.M. and am still in California, near Lagelle in the Klamtha Valley at an elevation of about 2700 feet. All of the Emu types are white under a new snow.
