G 473 but since it lvs are yellow-green "spec- haps not frequent, our spec might be C. filipes Ashe BoB# 313 = C. salvi cola Beadle var Bealawittiae Eggleston G 472. Largest lf 6x 4-5 cm. Truncate a base or slightly rounded or pointed; none cordate. 7-15-38? Fagus grandifolia G 338; BvB I 6/5; Hougle 193 and ? Castanea dentata Boshk. G 338; BvB I 6/5; Hougl 135 No flor fe. At or bet. feeling lobes. Ident from memory v perfect likeness to ill esp. Hougle.
