Woods 20. glvs end of drive fls 6-9-38 same region. Lvs in no case perfoliate, at very base no wider than petiole (7mm the widest shortly (1cm) above base, lvs may be 1-1.5 cm broad but often less. These most widely-winged lvs are about in middle of st. v doubt end the fls. Lower lvs on some plants shallowly lobed. Upper part of st has brown-white hairs tipped with purple glands, many numerous hairs without glands some of which are longer. Corolla wine clrs. Corolla tube curved; limb 5-lobate (4 lobes for upper lfs; 1lobe for lowers) but not as "distinct"
