Kearny Mesa &] 3 in high only Achene poppiliar on inner surface, smooth outer surface. Marginal achenes most definitely missced than disk achene. 4-17-39 ? Stenotopsis linearifolia Rydf T 1622 = A.pelopappus — DC. M T5] Fl. From Garden Club. (Hocus not mentioned so maybe from Mexico with Fremontia). Key video will all point to this ident and spec. shares char. I spec [4-8-39 with these differences: heads larger, corollas (ray & disk) strong lemon yellow; ray-fls 15 mm overall by 4mm wide (Plant] 4-8 had corollas gold-yellow i.e. same as dandelion), ray-fls 10-12 mm. overall, x 2 mm. wide.) making a noticeably different effect. Pros this is the species 4-8-39 vs. interior. 4-17-39 "Brodiaea Palmeri" acc to Mr.G "from lower Cal- ifornia. Fl v inflated likes B. capitata but leaf
