Sof Dura Hot Springs April 29, 1934
At the Sof Dura bridge a Western
Harlequin Duck (Histrionicus h. pacificus)
and its mate were feeding in the river.
They dived and swam under water while
foraging, apparently collecting food from
the stream bed.
Two dippers (Cinclus mexicanus
mucolor) were also seen at the bridge.
