& shot a Jackrabbit
spent the day breaking
them up & drying
& got our brawn
fitted & made
Cicero's in the evening
Pretty tired
FRI. 26. Ther. Weather, Clear & Rain Pro.
Spent most of the day writing
reports Caught 2 Trognathus
& Spermophiles
SAT. 27. Ther. Weather, Clear
Left Camp about 9 & started
for Rams after getting
forrman's made
travelled about 20 miles
and camped promptly
on the bank of the Ochoco
River. Caught some fish
Called "Shub"

SUN. 28. Ther. Weather, Cloudy
Stayed in camp all day
and wrote this day's
Mad over feet for 13 balls
fast and they were
pretty good.
MON. 29. Ther. Weather,
Left Camp quite early and
continued up Ochoco River
& Crowded River. About
3 o'clock struck up note
The many Mts and camped
in @ p.m. got plenty
of deer tracks near camp
TUES. 30. Ther. Weather,
Stayed in our camp &
shot a lot of birds &
made quite a collection
of mammals. Got shrews
& Armadillo. MacBaily
& Gallin made a short
hunt after deer both
started none
