Neah Bay several tail feathers showing some white also killed part of Daestiva moronic May 28. Did not get much of note. Shot a few birds and meet a long line of traps May 29. Got a fair catch of mammal. Caught a Lepus washingtoni in a snare set in a run May 30. Caught Several Sort of at least two species. Caught Lepus in a steel trap. Quite rainy nearly all day. Heard Junco's, u.s.ub.ub. fruging in the gardens in the village. It was quite simple for a Thrush Song, I thought May 31. Did not have much success with my traps. Took two skunks in the same line of traps in which I took the rabbit yesterday. June 1. Another skunk in the same traps. A small catch only. June 2. Mr. Young and myself made a trip to Tatovsh Island with Mr. Sands. On the way Young killed a Harlequin duck. On the Island I saw a few species of birds breeding on the Island. mainly
