Heat Bay 7 May 18. A small catch only. Set some small traps in a patch of grass on the shore a mile west of town. May 19. Got a fair catch. Found a nest of Mulozoga in the meadow. By the "Dryach" River - a mile or two back of the village. It was in a thick tuiskack of much grass and contained four eggs. The female was shot. May 20. Made an excursion in carre to the vicinity of Sack Rock. Near the shore about 3 miles east of the village and shot several species of Ducks and other water birds which were made up. May 21. Caught a few mammals including Sorex, Atrophyrax & Zapus. May 22 Took another Mephitis on the beach west of the village Shot a pair of marked murrelets in the bay near the village and a few other birds May 23 A small catch of murrel May 24 Caught a shrew in a bushy oramp back of the village which I offer to S. Congeanda May 24. Another Sorex longicauda in situation similar to the last Shot a Pigeon Guillemot in the bay
