A total of Co.. 700 feet have been shot for the total cruise thus far, surely not enough to warrant the cost of equipment rental nor time awaiting birds to appear within photographic range! This venture should surely indicate the necessity of starting early with such an operation on the project. It was suggested early enough (Feb 64) that adequate coverage of the Birds at sea could work in the B.I. files. Likewise a professional photographer has been on the project long enough to have built up the file of photos which will be wanted at final report time.
