Aug 12. After a wakeful
midnight night we
caught the 4a.m.
local and steamed
out across the mojave
for Randesburg.
The sunrise was
great, even from a
car window; the
weather was a little
cloody accompanied by
a wind. Several Ravens were
seen scavenging
along the R. D.R.
Randesburg was seen
from across the wally
which gave me a
different idea of the
place than that
I gained on the Death
Valley Trip.
