Friday July 9 For only a few Ceramypus. The night was very rainy. After breakfast Brooks and I surb up on the top of the mountain when we Cored look over the valley of this Owyhee to the west and a felt all the country about. The valley of the owyhee is bordered by extremely rough Country. To the south one overlooks the Lava bed and all the Country about Jordan Valley In a canyon below our camp I found a few willow beside a stream. Shown and set out traps this For Entamenes, Ceramypus & Hommy. Saturday July 10 Mahogany Hill Forth some fine Pericetus mordax and made them up together with some other specimens. The day was very fine Started to write report on the locality Sunday July 11 To Corr Creek Valley Forthup traps and finished report and after dinner down from the Mountain To a branch of Corr Creek where we camped. On the way down I shot a fine Idaho Rabbit For Many Entamenes and Citellus oreopus
