becoming concolor at base. some compressed and curved, smooth, deviru has been observed in V.S.-8-3 mm 2.8-3.5 mm very slightly expanded, broad; some becoming deeply sulcate up to about 3.6 cm in full length; very short, stiff, white, subquadrate. context very thin; small, smooth, brownish-black, with a few hairs at the base. white becoming 15"-1' between the leaf and stem; olive-brown or dark brown at the apex. These convex, expanded, irregularly bifid, with slight depression on the top. [illegible] Plant described as a small tree of about 300 m. in height, growing near a stream. Y-8-36
