Omphalia Pileus convex, expanded, irregularly with sligh depression on disc white becoming 19"'f (between tilleul buff and pale olive buff, smooth becoming deeply sulcate up to about 3.5 cm in fully expanded specimens context very thin; gills shortly decurrent, broad, subdistant, white, rather broad; stipe tapering [illegible] downward very slightly 2-2.5 mm, 2.5-2.7 cm long, some compressed and curved, smooth, innate silky, white above bec becoming concolor at base. Plants cespitose on inside of hollow tree San José, Guayabillos, 2200 m., Dodge & Goerger 7-6-36
