Pileus infundibuliform, margins inrolled, 1.5 cm, disc olive
brown shading to dark olive buff at margin with olive brown striae
gills broad, distant olive yellow, decurrent, stipe colonial buff,
3.5 cm tapering downward 2 mm above, 1 mm just above bulb which is
pyriform, 2.5 mm.
