1899. 63 Nov.3. I think I saw an Audubon's Warbler today. The first I have seen this year-I think. brow heard two or three days ago for the first time this year. Large band seen. Nov. 11. Audubon's Warbler seen today at close range. Nov. 14. Least Tern seen flying in flocks about fields. Nov. 27. Large flock of Brewer's Blackbirds seen. Fully 1/2 should judge were young birds as their breasts were marked with large longitudinal marks. The flocks of young birds seem to be separate from the flocks of old birds. A few "Red wings" occur in nearly every flock of old Brewer's. Jan. 19. Gulls, many flying about fields squabbling vociferously been their food. This is the 12th time I have seen them alight
