Noted two or three Larus occidentalis on the
bay. One appeared to be somewhat immature.

San Francisco & from Alameda, cal.
For the last two days I have noted occasional
Larus occidentalis on the bay.
June 20, 1907.
Noted an adult Larus hermanni this evening
near Goat Island.
June 21, 1907.

Conditions: - cool; Wind (brisk); fairly clear.
Saw several adult Larus occidentalis and two
or three adult Larus hermanni

Alameda, cal.
Noted two scoters on the water between Ala-
meda and Bay Farm Island, cal. One
dived upon close approach.
